We’re right in the middle of the international break but we’ve already seen some memorable winners hit the back of the net. Here’s a handful to whet the appetite from the week just gone.

£4 Pick 4 player wins £6,085

Punters were confident Denmark would be taking a beating against Slovakia, given their well documented issues and they weren’t wrong. The Danes provided what was quite literally an amateur performance in their 3-0 defeat.

With leg one in the bag, newly crowned World Cup winners France squared up against 2014 winners Germany. Shrewdly covering the 0-0 draw, the prediction landed and the spoils were shared.

World Cup runners up Croatia played out a 1-1 draw with Ronaldo Portugal in leg 3 and the final piece in the jigsaw came courtesy of hapless Scotland losing to Belgium 0-4. The Other Away Win set up a £6,085 win for our punter. Very well played 🙂

NFL returns with a profitable TPP Syndicate

It’s an exciting time for all you American Football enthusiasts as the new season got underway, and for the 86 people who jumped aboard TwoPoundPunt’s first NFL Point Margin Pick 7 Syndicate of the season, there was even more excitement to be had. Opening up with a perfect 3/3 correct predictions this prompted a chunky Cash Out offer of £5,489 (Over 5 times the original stake).

The Captain saw this as the ideal time to get the Syndicate their stake back as he Cashed Out 20% for £1,097. The Syndicate was now ‘free-rolling’ 🙂

The ticket eventually fell down for the win prize in leg 6 meaning the Syndicate landed a highly respectable Consolation pay out of £3,685. Contributors would finish up with total winnings of nearly five times their original stake – not a bad start to the season. Can they go one better next season?
